Disaster Management Cell IMA-National HQ, Goa state DMC and IMA Ponda organised half day orientation basic first aid program in association with Verna Industrial Estate at Smartlink on Wednesday 21st February, 2018. Total of 48 participants registered.
Gaurish Dhond, Chairman, Indian Red Cross Society – Goa, inaugurated and was the chief guest. Damodar Kochkar, President of Verna Industries Association, Dr. Vinayak Buvaji, Chairman DMC, Dr. Rajdatta Timble, President of IMA Ponda, Dr. Sarvesh Dubhashi, Treasurer of IMA Goa state, Mr. Sreenivas Renati, EHS Smartlink and Mr. Tukaram Pawase, VIA were present during inaugural function. Dr. Vinayak Buvaji and Dr. Vallabh Dhaimodker were resourse persons.
Program had good attendence and there is request from participating companies to conduct more programs on regular basis.
